April 25, 2020: Dice Games For Kids

Every gamer has dice. Lots of dice. And more and more dice are released every month, by several different dice makers who create them in all shapes, sizes, colors, and styles. Basically, if you're a gamer, there's a good chance you have many dice . . . and that you're always looking for new ways to use them.

Dice Games for Kids, subtitled "38 fun dice games to enjoy at home or at school," is one of a handful of books dedicated to dice games that sits near my desk at home. If you have young kids at home, and if you have a lot of six-sided dice in your collection, this low-priced book is one I recommend checking out. Many of the games also require a paper and pencil, and each one is worth trying at least once when you find yourself entertaining a gaggle of grade schoolers.

On the very unlikely chance that you don't have enough dice to try the games in the book, please check out our selection of dice available today at Warehouse 23. We have several different sets of six-sided dice, with more on the way. You may find that your game of "Shut the Box" excites the kids just a little more when they're rolling kitten dice instead of the plain, off-white dice that you may have sitting around the house . . .
