Over the next few weeks and months, you'll see social media posts discussing how companies cannot offer holiday bonuses or will have to cut employees due to Trump's tariffs (proposed or enacted).   Some of these stories may be fiction or cautionary tales that illustrate the price the average American pays for a politician's decision.   But I can 100% tell you this is a reality many business owners in the manufacturing sector now face.   If you aren't aware of how tariffs work, it's relatively simple.
